Update the Fill Gradient
Learn how to set and customize gradients for your Main Screenshots backgrounds and layers. This guide will show you how to use the Gradient Editor to create stunning visual effects.
Working with Gradients
When selecting 'Gradient' as your Fill Type, you will access the powerful Gradient Editor that allows you to create custom gradients.
Click the gradient buttonnext to 'Linear' to open the Gradient Editor:

Using the Gradient Editor
The Gradient Editor allows you to create custom gradients with multiple color stops and angle controls.
Linear Gradient Editor
• Place the mouse cursor over the gradient bar to preview a new color stop position
• Click anywhere on the gradient bar to add a new color stop
• Hold the Shift key while clicking to add a color stop at 10% intervals
• Drag color stopsto adjust their position, and hold Shift for precise positioning
• Enter precise position values (0-100%) in the input field
• Delete a selected color stop by clicking thetrash icon
• Hold the Ctrl or Cmd while clicking on a color stop to delete it
• Double click on a color stop to create equal spacing between all color stops
• Drag the start and end control pointsto adjust the angle
• Hold the Shift key while dragging the control points to snap them to the grid
• Color stops maintain their position relative to the angle control points
• Use the flip buttonto reverse color stop positions
• Click the rotate buttonto quickly rotate by 45° increments
Pro Tips:
Hold Shift while dragging color stops to snap them to 10% increments for precise positioning.
