A device that runs across two neighbouring screenshots, half on one and half on the next, is one of the most recognisable looks on the App Store and Google Play. AppMockUp Studio places both halves for you, so they line up exactly in the store listing.

Continue a Device
- On a Main Screenshot, position the device where you want it, typically hanging off the left or right edge. Rotate it if you like.
- Right-click the device and choose ' Continue on Next Screenshot ' or ' Continue from Previous Screenshot '.
- If the neighbouring screenshot has two device slots, the item opens a submenu that names them. Pick the one to use.
The neighbouring screenshot now shows the rest of the same device.
How the Two Halves Are Aligned
The second device is placed by arithmetic rather than by eye. It is aligned to the opposite edge and offset by exactly one screenshot width plus the gap the stores draw between screenshots, so the device reads as one piece when the screenshots sit side by side in a listing.
Both devices switch to absolute positioning, as with ' Ignore Auto Layout ', so their vertical position no longer depends on the text stacked above them and stays the same on both screenshots. Learn more about Auto Layout here.
Pro Tips:
Use the Preview tab to check the result as the App Store and Google Play will show it.
One Ctrl/Cmd + Z takes both halves back.
